12 poets who either lived in and around the Quantock Hills of Somerset - or who had an intimate connection to the Quantocks – joined forces and walked together regularly in the Quantocks for a year-and-a-half from July 2022 to near the end of 2023, composing original poetry inspired by and responding to specific locations in and around this enchanted landscape. The resulting poems are available here in writing. Audio versions of some of the poems, read by the authors themselves, were recorded and used to construct the gps-triggered poetry trail.
