Words in Watchet Literary Festival 20-22 February 2026
The Quantock Poets will be performing at the Xanadu Poetry Venue at 10am on Saturday 21st February 2026 as part of Words in Watchet: see: Xanadu Poetry Space 2026.
On Sunday 22nd poetry readings and events continue, culminating (from 3.30-4.30pm) in the premiere of XANADU REWOUND. XANADU REWOUND, a vision in a dream, or a parable, “is Bristol poet Ralph Hoyte’s remix of Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s work: Kubla Khan, yes, that work-in-progress which was famously interrupted by ‘a man from Porlock’, never to be completed.“
Ralph Hoyte, Jan Martin and Terence Sackett will also be making special appearances throughout the Festival at further events:
